1. Ordering & Payment
- Orders can be placed directly through our website www.sangari.co.in by adding products to your cart and completing the checkout process.
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation message on WhatsApp or SMS with your order details.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Please ensure all shipping details (address, phone number, and size selection) are correct before confirming your order.
2. Modify or Cancel an Order
- Orders can be modified or canceled only within 2 hours of placing them, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- Once your order is dispatched, we will not be able to modify or cancel it.
- To request modification or cancellation, please WhatsApp us immediately at [your WhatsApp number] with your Order ID.
- If the order is prepaid and canceled before dispatch, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
