1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Options & Charges
- We offer standard shipping across India through reliable courier partners.
- Shipping charges may vary based on delivery location, order weight, and ongoing offers.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or during special promotions — details will be mentioned on the product page.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes. A small COD handling charge may apply.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delays may occur during festivals, public holidays, or due to courier operational issues.
- In case of unexpected delay, our team will keep you informed via WhatsApp.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using the tracking link or number shared on WhatsApp/SMS.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the courier may return the parcel to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.
