Return & Exchange Policy
At Sangari, we take great care in delivering the best quality products to you. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.
1. Return Policy
- Return Request Duration:
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is damaged during delivery due to our fault.
- Mandatory Proof:
- To process a return, you must provide a complete unboxing/unpacking video clearly showing the parcel opening and the defect/damage.
- Without an unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.
- Condition of Product:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchange Requests:
- Exchanges are accepted only for size issues.
- Courier Charges:
- In case of an exchange, both side courier charges (to and fro) will be borne by the buyer only.
- Exchange Process:
- Inform us within 3 days of delivery about the size issue.
- Ship the product back to us safely with original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the requested size (if available).
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products returned without an unpacking video.
- Products showing signs of use, wash, or damage not caused during delivery.
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery.
4. How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request
- To raise a return or exchange request, WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery at [your WhatsApp number].
- Mention your Order ID, Reason for Return/Exchange, and attach the unpacking video clearly showing the issue.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method once the product is received and inspected by our quality team.
- Processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.
Note: Sangari reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the product does not meet the above-mentioned conditions.
